He looked up at her and smiled softly, “Only certain lessons, actually. Other than that, everything is still off the top of my head.” Which was all true and he knew that she knew that. Leaning forward on his desk and opening the book, skimming through the pages easily. He didn’t care if she sat there all night, he’d just focus on this and time will fly by.

Ignore her? He was going to try and ignore her? He should know better than that by now. She smirked a little and then shrugged, slipping off of his desk in one swift movement and pulled the clip out of her hair, letting it fall down her shoulders as she walked over to his bookshelf, putting it down on one as she looked, her entire stance changing, her hips swaying more as she walked her assets were emphasized by her posture. This was what being a siren allowed you to do. Wind up ex husbands. Not what silly little schoolgirls did. She trailed a finger along the science books, resisting the urge to roll her eyes again, looking at the art instead.

As soon as her hair was down, he could smell it. Causing him to close his eyes. She was cheating, using her siren charm against him like that. Just to make him squirm. Opening his eyes again, glancing over at her looking over the books. Resisting the strong urge to go up behind her and wrap his arms around her. They weren’t like that anymore, they weren’t together. Clearing his throat, he put his attention back on the book in front of him. At least he tried to.

He laughed softly at her last two words. Finally finding the book he needed and walking back over to his desk, sitting back down in his chair. “To you, maybe.” He glanced up at her, noting how she still looked amazing, before putting the book on his desk. “Now, if you don’t mind, I have a class to plan.” He just wanted her to leave him alone, she always made his mind work more than it already did.

She laughed at that, arching a brow at him and twisting so that she was on her side, her legs stretched along the desk as she looked at the book for a second. “You plan your lessons now? I guess you’re a lot less spontaneous now. More boring, maybe. Do you wear a cravat sometimes?” She smirked, fully prepared to stay there until her next class.

He looked up at her and smiled softly, “Only certain lessons, actually. Other than that, everything is still off the top of my head.” Which was all true and he knew that she knew that. He tilted his head as he looked over the titles of the books, almost wishing they’d suck him in so he didn’t have to deal with her. “You know me, Faith. One big walking contradiction.” He couldn’t help that he loved more than one subject, especially ones that didn’t work well together. It’s how he was.

“And yet, oh so predictable at the same time. I can always count on you to be…” She trailed off, leaning back and looking at various items on his desk. “Immaturely pathetic.” She put the item down and turned back to him, she didn’t know what she was going to right now, but she wanted to work out what he was doing. Besides, not that she’d admit it, but it was good to see him.

He laughed softly at her last two words. Games were all they used to do and it now showed that it hadn’t changed. Reaching up and gently moving her hand away from his chin, nodding with a small shrug. “Of course. I obviously planned this.” He leaned forward a little more as he stood up, walking over to his bookshelf. He really had no idea she’d be working here and it was just coincidence that they both started at the same time.

As he got up to go to the bookshelf she moved to sit on his desk, crossing one leg over the other and watching him go over, still convinced he had done it on purpose. “Sure. And I hear you’re teaching science.” She smirked at this, she hated the idea of learning things like maths and science. Which was probably why she had charmed her way through high school. “Contradicting subjects, much, Henry?”

He watched her as she walked closer, smirking slightly at how irritated she was already. He couldn’t say he didn’t enjoy getting to her like this. All he had to do was sit there and it’d piss her off. He looked back into her eyes, listening to her words and then chuckling at them. When her finger touched his jaw, it tightened and he leaned forward a little, glaring right back at her with a smirk. “Oh, but sweetie. I do want to work here or else I would’ve found another school.”

She smirked right back at him at that. If that’s the game he wanted to play then she could play along, sure she could be nice. That didn’t mean she couldn’t be a legendary bitch too. She laughed a little, tilting her head to the side slightly, keeping her finger under his chin. “Is that so. What superb timing you had, as usual.” She nodded a tiny bit.

A picture is a poem without words.

Henry Hamilton. 29. Art, science and physics teacher.
-Enhanced Intelligence
-Super strength
-Resurrection
-Superhuman reflexes

Nice, charming and sweet. Always there to lend a hand. Has a slight temper when pushed to that point and it isn't that pretty. Rules were never his thing, so he's pretty laid back.
